Message from the Principal

Welcome to Simcoe Street Public School’s website. We are very excited to introduce you to our school! On this site you can find information about our staff, bell times, school council and our Code of Conduct as well as our monthly newsletters.

The original building, which was built on our current site, opened in 1857. Our current building opened in 1970.

Simcoe Street is a great community school with children who enjoy coming to school each day. Our staff is very dedicated and we provide the highest level of quality education to our students. We believe that every student can be successful, given the right supports and that we are “Achieving Success Together”. As our motto says... “Simcoe Street Public School - A Great Place To BEE!”
